Seeds

I attended middle and high school with a bunch of farmers. Were they agriculturally focused schools? No.

But these young people’s words resonated in me throughout my adulthood. In spite of the doubts, fears, and alternate routes…I constantly heard them in my spirit.

They planted seeds in me way back then. Though the seeds have suffered through a long and hard winter, the ground has been plowed and they are ready to sprout forth.

Harvest

The same way I always tapped within and recollected these words, I will continue to do the same on my new journey. I have them before me now.

When my faith falters, I will return here and see the vision that was written plainly in my middle and high school yearbooks. They were unknowingly prophesying a future that I’ve constantly battled with.

Unlike me, you may not have school yearbooks to refer to.
