As a licensed health and life insurance agent, I have over 16 years of combined experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, and medical claims.
I officially began my solo travel journey in 2013. Trayvon Martin had been murdered the previous year and I was moved to join the fight for justice.
The year 2013, was also the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s “I Have a Dream” speech. I rode on a bus with the NAACP from Miami to D.C.
The experience was life-changing and ignited a passion to JUST GO! Since then I have traveled extensively both domestic and international.
I still have many more territories and ground to conquer.
My experiential knowledge and innate desire to help other travelers spread their solo wings led to the creation of this blog. About
